YBOR CITY CUBANO |
Inspired by the classic American sandwich, we named it after the multi-ethnic neighborhood of Ybor City in Tampa, Florida, known for a rich blending of Cuban, Italian, and Spanish cultures. Our version contains Black Forest Ham, Capicola Ham (an Italian cured ham), Dill Pickles, Swiss Cheese, Genoa Salami, Mustard, and Smoky Hot Sauce served on a French Roll...9

PASTRAMI IMPERIAL | Pastrami comes from the long tradition of preparing meats for storage by curing and smoking. Pastrami is similar to corned beef in that it is taken from the same cut of meat and brined, but it is smoked, usually with a rind of cracked peppercorns, leading to its spicy, smoky, salty character. With this sandwich, we decided to combine a few very British ingredients with a few not so British ingredients, which we feel is - very British! Beginning with Pastrami, we add our HouseMade Horseradish Aioli, an East Indian-inspired Red Onion Chutney, Grainy Mustard, & Cheddar Cheese served on Big Sky German Rye Bread...9

TURKEY PAISANO | Paisano means the "countryman" in Italian, and with the turkey being from the Americans, we couldn't imagine a finer fowl to call our countryman. Blending the rich flavor of Smoked Turkey with a few Italian-inspired ingredients, our sandwich includes Roasted Tomatoes, Sage-Roasted Onions, HouseMade Basil-Garlic Aioli, Pancetta (an herbed Italian bacon), & Provolone served on a French Roll...9

LA AUBERGINE | "The Eggplant" is inspired by the classic combination of mezze ingredients, with Marinated Eggplant and Creamy Herbed Ricotta, Fire-Roasted Red Peppers and Spicy Arugula all on locally-made Standard Baking Levant Bread...9
